Q. Can I have access to a casting breakdown, reherasal schedule, or audition notice?

Q. What happens after I register my child online?

A. A: Once you register your child online, the Moonlight Cultural Foundation will follow up with additional information and forms for your to fill our prior to your child joining us at the workshop. This information will include what to bring to the workshop, a tentative schedule for the workshop, and a few key forms including a medical release form and photo release form.

Q. Do I have to attend this workshop to be considered for Matilda?

A. No. There will be an open audition call in Spring 2019. More information will be available online at

Q. If I participate in this workshop, am I guaranteed a role?

A. No. This workshop is to prepare actors who will be auditioning for the youth roles in Matlida. These is no guarantee that participants will be cast. All participants will still be required to audition for the Moonlight creative team.

Q. I'm a parent, am I able to watch my child during the workshop?

A. We ask that all parents drop off their chidlren, and pick them up promptly at 5:00pm at the end of the workshop. No parents will be allowed in the workshop. We have plenty of volunteers there to help with the needs of the students, and to make sure everyone is safe and cared for!

Q. Will you be feeding the students?

A. We will have snack breaks throughout the afternoon and will provide snacks! If you child has a dietary restriction, please send a snack with them.

Q. Are scholarships available?

A. Need based scholarships are available. Please contact Executive Director Jennifer Bradford at for more information.

Q. Is there a discount if my child can only attend one day?

A. No. There is a flat registration rate.

Q. Are payment plans available?

A. We are happy to work with you to set up a payment plan with a $50 deposit today (refundable until January 15). Please contact Jennifer Bradford at All payments must be made by January 31, 2019.

Q. Am I able to get a refund?

A. We are happy to process a full refund prior to January 15, 2019. Between January 16 and January 31 we will offer a 50% refund. Any cancelations after January 31 are not eligible for a refund.
